How to feel better of sad and bored

Everyone is surely have ever felt bored and sad, those feeling are appropriate as a human being, it might we do not know what to do and confused by lying down in bed or stress  of family problem, school, job, or love life which lead us to sadness. Here are some suggestions by me, hope it help you! simple step!
  1. Read funny books when you feel bored, and let yourself relax and laughing as you want. Dance and sing when you feel bored, make a move as you want to do, sing as a professionals do (choose a happy song instead). It will help you to fill your time instead of doing nothing, These have side effect are make you tired and sore throat.
  2. When you feel sad, choose some sad movies and tissues -recommended by friend- watch it and let your tears flow, feel it, be it, taste it. After watching the movie, you will feel yourself get better.
